This was not easy. It took us nearly eleven months – longer than expected – because RecyClass doesn’t just audit a document. It audits whether our system actually works day after day.

They checked:
Every batch of post consumer waste (closed loop records)
Every step of production (sorting, washing, extrusion, homogenisation)
Recycled content calculation (verifiable methodology)
Batch to batch consistency (random sampling + third party lab)
One gap, and you start over. We didn’t want to start over. So we rebuilt our internal systems – digital traceability, fixed frequency quality testing, standardised workflows across production, QC, warehousing and sales.

Where we go from here

Certification is not the finish line. It’s the entry ticket to your supply chain.
Now we are rolling this quality system to more lines and maintaining annual surveillance audits – because we know you will check again next year, and the year after.
